Pool heat (optional) at $25 per night (min 3 nights).
Less than 5 nights booking add $75 cleaning fee.
Prices are for the complete Villa not per person and includes:-
Free Local telephone calls, Cable TV, Air conditionning, all utilities (electric, water etc) Bed linen, Towels.etc......

All Armed Forces personnel in reciept of overseas posting to conflict area/s raised following initial booking will recieve full refund.

Non refundable deposit of $150 per week will secure your propery, full payment required 6 weeks prior to vacation.
Cancellation of 30 or more days before booking start date will attract 50% of full rental.
Cancellation of 30 or less days of booking start date will attract full rental cost.
At owners discretion if property is rented to new rentors for the cancelled period; the relevant sums will be credited towards future mutual agreed booking dates, within 12 month of original dates.

All cancellation MUST be in writing.
All guests are strongly recommended to put into place suitable vacation cancellation insurance.
